A freight marketplace, built in Nigeria

Freight, without the phone tag.

Post a shipment. Get a quote. Pay into escrow. A verified truck owner picks it up. No WhatsApp thread. No wondering if the money will land. Every step logged.

How it works

Four steps. Every one on the record.

The whole point is that nothing hides in a WhatsApp thread. Every quote, match, payment, and delivery lives in one place — visible to both sides, logged for the future.

01

Post the shipment

Pickup, drop-off, cargo details. The system quotes it instantly — priced by distance, weight, and the type of truck you actually need.

02

Pay into escrow

Money is held safely, not sent. Nothing reaches the truck owner until you confirm delivery. The 70/30 split protects both sides.

03

A verified owner accepts

Every truck owner has a NIN or passport on file. Businesses have a CAC number. Whoever picks up your cargo, you know who they are.

04

Delivered. Released.

You mark it delivered. The escrow releases automatically to the truck owner. Novaro takes commission at that moment — never before.

Why Novaro

Trust — as a mechanism, not a promise.

Escrow, not honour code

Payment is held by Novaro, not sent to a stranger. Released only when delivery is confirmed. Neither side carries the risk personally.

Identity, on file

Truck owners register with NIN or passport. Business accounts with CAC. Encrypted at rest, never shown publicly — but real, and accountable.

Auditable by default

Every quote, match, payment, and status change is timestamped and logged. If a dispute happens, there's a record — not a memory contest.

Nigerian freight doesn't have a supply problem. There are trucks. There is cargo. What's missing is a way to trust the other side of the phone.
